We have used 365 for many years after being recommended by a friend. Can't imagine what we would do without them! They keep an eye on our computers and service them regularly. Any problems are always quickly sorted.

Excellent service. They always get back to you if they cannot take the call straight away. Nothing is too much trouble. They offer assistance with all sorts of hardware, software and security issues.

David & Steve have maintained my PC remotely for many years now through their monthly maintenance scheme. It's an amazing service that keeps my PC 100%. Steve rebuilt my bespoke PC a few years ago & even constructed my website & maintains that as well.!

Excellent service. My laptop is in very safe hands with Stephen and David. Maintenance, updates & back up is done while i'm at work leaving the computer free in the afternoons and evenings for me to do my thing. Always at the end of the phone with a happy voice to solve my queries. Highly recommend!

Great service, recent problem sorted out same day as reported, after several hours of online technical screen movements the problem was solved. I cannot wait for the next I need to test the system (David & Steve), I will catch them out one day! Good all round service and value.

Service is professional and a phone call away. David on the other end of the line is help full and was a grateful help when i was hacked and my files where taken and a non working pc.

Very many thanks for David and Steve for responding so very quickly to the alarming message I received on my screen just now. There was also an oral message that kept looping with a warning that if I didn't respond within 5 minutes (or shut down my PC) that my computer would be irreparably damaged. Steve was on the case within that 5 minutes and everything is working perfectly again.

I have been using these guys for ma number of years. They offer an efficient and friendly service at a reasonable fee. I often get into a right pickle over IT and they have got me out of trouble a number of times. Would recommend.

Had an email problem and didn't have a clue what to do. Phoned 365, David passed my problem to Steve and the whole thing was sorted in about 20 minutes from start to finish.

365 have provided / replaced my work-from-home desktop for 10+ years, and maintain it monthly, I rarely have any issues thanks to the great service; if I do have an issue it's usually my own fault, and quickly fixed! I wouldn't be without them.

The 365 team are excellent. They always respond quickly and generally sort anything out the same day.

When my desktop was put out of action by a lightning strike, I was up and running again in a few days, with Steve guiding me through smoothly at every stage.

The hard drive / back up had been playing up & as my laptop was long overdue to be upgraded to windows11 we decided to get both sorted out at the same time. Needless to say this was carried out without any problems, thanks as always
